Wow I said too much?

This week was ok other than the gossip rumors fly around work which I’ve come to the conclusion when you have 30 women in one place that’s just what happens. We have been working super hard at getting the decorations done for the summer. We have to be done before Monday. Because Monday the grant lady is coming to check the building out, and Tuesday they are taking photos for the schools summer program. Now as your reading this you’re probably going what the heck? Well I’ll explain.

First with the decorations every summer we get a theme. My first year it was Summer Safari then it was something I forget then last year was going for the gold, and this year it’s a summer road trip. So each class room is assigned a certain thing to go with them. Like for the Safari my two year old room had Africa, and the year after that we were Spy Kids, and last year I was in two rooms infants were Greece and Two’s were France. This year it’s states. So infants is California, and the two’s are Kansas and South Dakota. Well it’s a competing through out all the schools as to who can decorate the best. Because my school has very brilliant people and the school is the considered the best by all the company. We always win we go over board, but we only do it for the summer, and we follow the rules. Last year the other schools got very upset so they made ties and things like best lobby for the only school that had a lobby. So this year they said we can not staple things to the wall, and we can only use one board, and so forth trying to make it more even playing grounds, but we are still following the rules to make it LOOK like things are on the wall when they aren’t. It’s looking really good. So that’s a lot of pressure for the teachers to add to the every day stresses of life at the school.

Secondly we are going through the accreditation process. Which basically means we have certain people that come at certain times to look over certain things. It’s like when you look for a collage you want it accredited same with our schools. No pay increase happens but the hope is people will look at it and go ok that’s a little more what I’m looking for. So we put the application I, and we have been doing things like we should. We have a grant that is coming or will be soon to help us with something. There’s a lady coming Monday to walk through the school and look at things. Basically my director said treat it like licensing. So in other words this lady is coming to look at what is wrong with the school, and what needs to be done to fix it for us to continue forward.

Then Tuesday the Ops manager is coming to take pictures of our pretty decorated school. That we are supposed to have DONE, and use the pictures she gets for the summer program. Which means on Tuesday the staff is to wear nicer jeans have your hair done and so forth because you don’t know if your going to end up in the photos. So Whoot for us and life within a preschool, I bet you didn’t know so much happened there huh? So this weekend has been a little interesting for me.

On Friday I was planning to go out like normal with Trisha no biggie. Well Rachel called and basically said I’m going to pick you up at 645 be ready, and it’s just you and me. So I told Trisha our plans are not happening Rachel needed me. So I go with Rachel, and ended up meeting up with a friend from Williams named John. I though ok cool as the night wore on I learned John is moved to Phoenix from Williams, and that was so awesome. John is a very sweet older man who has found love again. John is also a very intuitive man who knows and understands some of the things I know about in life. He has an ability to understand people on levels most do not. I met this wonderful man by going on one of his ghost tours of Williams. Yes, I do believe fully in spirits, and yes I can see, hear and feel them, and I would never want to live my life without my beautiful gifts.

The lord has seen it fit to give each person in this world a gift or two. It’s a matter of you finding it, and using it. I believe if with any gift or talent if you do not use it, it will simply be taken from you, and that you may not get another. The talents and gifts I have are not so much physical you cant’ touch my gifts it’s not something you look at me and say oh hey she’s is whatever. I come across as fairly normal, but when someone takes time to know me. I mean know me beyond the level of oh she can take care of kids and babies really well. You will learn that I have a deep connection to many spiritual things. I may not go to church every week. However, I know who I am, and I understand myself which is a ever on going thing. I know that there is a Father in Heaven who loves me very much, and I know he sent his son to suffer for all the sins of the world that we may not have to suffer such things. I know I have the gift of the Holy Ghost which helps to guide me every day. I don’t feel I need to sit for 3 hours in various meetings to be told this over and over. I know I can pray and I know prayers are answered and heard. I know there are angels and fairies in this world helping each of us through all we are faced with as well. I know the power of the earth and the energies we share with it. Anyhow sorry for the ramble there. John too has a gift of seeing beyond this plane, and through talking with him Friday I had some much needed information come to me.

So Saturday Trisha was hanging with her mom which is cool. So Rachel and I went to Olive Garden for soup and breadsticks and I had the yummiest belini peach raspberry ice tea it was yuuuuuuuuummy! After that we were going to go to the Wildlife Zoo and see the new aquarium, but we changed our minds, and went to the Art Museum. I love the art museum, and I think we could of spent more time there, but they were setting up for something, and we think it was near closing time, but we went to one exhibit it’s a basically dark room with lights tiny lights that look like fireflies and you go in and try to come out it’s basically a circle room with mirrors and lights no maze, but it feels like one. That was a FUN thing to go into. I loved the minis too like dollhouse type things they always fascinate me. After we were done with that we went to her house, and watched something I forget what, and then we went to the store and back to her house and watched the Brady Bunch movie.

Today is Sunday and I am enjoying a quiet morning where I can read and meditate and just enjoying the beauty and peace I am feeling. After a bit I’ll be going out. I have to give up one of my cats named Jimmy, and I dunno if that will happen today or not, but I’ll figure it out and let you know next week. I do have to grocery shop, and probably meet up with Rachel and Jonathan to go to Borders and maybe I’ll go to a museum who knows what the day will bring. I hope your week is blessed and beautiful. Sorry this entry is so very long, but some times I have lots to say. Keep smiling and know you’re loved.

Ahhh

This week has not been bad nor has it been good. It's just been a normal week. If there is such a thing as normal that is :). The weekend was nice it always seems to go by too fast. Friday night we went out my Trisha and Rachel. We had Crackerbarrel and just relaxed and talked. Saturday we had HAGS which stands for Have A Great Saturday it's a breakfast one a month where a few people get together and have breakfast and talk and whatever. After that Trisha and I went ran a few errands and renewed our season tickets for Gammage. Our next step is for Arizona Broadway. I am so excite for both seasons at both places. Gammage has Legally Blonde, Little House on the prairie, Avenue Q, Phantom of the Opera, Mary Poppins, Annie and a few others. Arizona Broadway is doing Anything Goes, Footloose, Cats, Phantom, Christmas Carol and a few others. I am soooo very excited both seasons I love theater in case it didn't show. Anyhow after that we met up with Rachel, and we went shopping got a few much needed things for a cheap. Then we went to Kat's house where we had a energy opening experience. Basically with the use of the things from the earth we were able to connect with the energy around us. It was a nice refreshing thing. I needed it more than I realized. Then we talked and hung out had brownies, and now it's Sunday and I've done some house work and laundry and am just kind of hanging out enjoying how very peaceful it feels in my home. Have a wonderful week! Keep smiling and fairy blessings to all.

MUCH better

This week was MUCH better than last. Things for the most part went really well with all that I did. Thursday I spent all day with the 2 year olds it was different to be in there ALL day. I hadn’t done that in years. Friday I had an early day which was very nice. I enjoyed seeing some of my family, and getting my bed finally! Then Saturday I spent with my family it was so lovely. I got to spend a good deal of my day with Megan my 3 ½ year old niece. She is so funny I love her to death. I also got to spend time with Kyle and Parker who are both 1 ½ years old. We had a lovely dinner and Easter egg hunt. I then went and watched the musical CATS with Trisha. I loved it I liked the part where a lady in the audience screamed because a CAT startled her. I also loved that when Rum Tum Tugger picked someone to dance with in the aduince the lady actually really dance well with him. So fun good times happy days. Until next week keep smiling ya’ll

This week has been hard on me. A week ago today the world lost two wonderful people. On Monday when I came to work I was informed that Gail Marie Thomas and her daughter Caitlin Marie Thomas were killed by a drunk driver on Saturday. These two wonderful ladies Gail age 40 and her daughter Caitlin Age 20 use to work at the school with me. I was still in contact with Gail up to Wednesday I had talked with her. They were just going to the store when their lives were taken. They leave behind a 14 year old son and brother. In honor of both Gail and Caitlin and the beauty they shared on this earth. I would like to ask everyone to do random acts of kindness. In honor of them both.

I was also fighting being sick and my back acted up badly. In order to just relax Rachel and I went to the cabin this weekend. It was so nice we drove up on Friday night where it was snowing, and so come morning we had some snow to deal with. Nothing major it was all melted by the afternoon. We went to Williams and ate, and then we went to the Northern Arizona Museum and the Pioneer Museum as well as to Walnut canyon and Eldon ruins. We had a great time.

Today we came home where we got pedicures and now I'm just catching up on everything. Here is to a wonderful week!

Fairy blessings to you all
