Yehaw

Monday I was feeling better and was in the young 3’s and in ones for a short time then in infants. Over all had a good day despite a couple moments of frustration. Tuesday was hard for me, for whatever reason I woke up every hour during the night. I was then in the 3s but we had to take some of the 2’s and older 3’s and we had 25 kids in there. It was certainly a challenge with how tired I was and keeping control of the room. The afternoon wasn’t to bad I was in the infants, but I had one baby that wouldn’t stop crying. This made for a trying afternoon. I’m glad to be home tonight for sure. Wednesday I was in Infants all day and it was great. I am feeling a lot better today than yesterday. I even on face book found a friend I haven’t talked to in well over 12 years. We used to hang out at youth dances. I am excited to be in contact with him again. Thursday I was in infants all day long totally groovy. I am still talking with Darell and life is good. Friday was a mess at work I had 23 3 year olds and they were all crazy. Afternoon wasn’t to bad with infants. I was just dead beat tired from the morning. I came home and went to dinner and then to bed. Saturday I woke up got dressed had brunch then get stuff for a candle lite party. The candle lite party was a lot of fun after that Joy, Trisha and I played Harry Potter Clue. After that I went and got a book and then went with Rachel, Jonathan, Ethan and Trisha to have a nice dinner and cosmic bowling it was a blast. Sunday I stayed home and relaxed. Until next week keep on smiling friends!

SICK YUCKY

Monday it’s Martian Luther King Day and we were SUPER low at school. So low that I sat for a hour before clocking in. I then did a few breaks then was in infants. Tuesday was a half rain day it was LOVELY! I love the rain, but I wasn’t feeling well so I switched with Ebony and was in infants for a good part of the day. Wednesday I was in the 2’s which is now the older 2’s I had a lot of fun. I was in infants this afternoon. Still not feeling well and have a cough and headache, but doing well overall. Thursday I work up with a 101 fever. I went into work cause we are so short staffed, but I got out early so it’s ok. I was in the ones and infants and I was FREEZING and then BURNING. I hope my fever broke. Not having as much coughing. Hope it’s ending. Friday I woke up with no fever YES! Somewhere in the night it broke. I’m not 100% better, but I was able to function. I had a over all good day was in the 2’s that is now 3’s and then was in infants. Infants was low I got lucky and got to go play with the older 2’s which used to be only 2’s. I then got to go home early so nice. I came home relaxed and unwound before going out with Trisha. We had some WILD weather last night with a tornado touch down and everything. Sounds like tonight it will be stormy again. Saturday I rested mainly all day went out for a little bit in the evening to Borders and then home. It was nice to rest and relax and get better. Today is Sunday and I am relaxing this morning, and this afternoon going to lunch and relaxing. Have a fantastic week my friends!

Car Drama Goes On and ON

Monday I was in both 2 year old room and infants. I am still without a car they don’t know what’s wrong with it. So annoying I just want to know what’s wrong with it. Tuesday I was in the older 2’s and infants. I keep wishing the 6th baby would show up so I can be in infants all day again, but I am doing ok with what I have. As for my car well we still don’t know what’s going on with it. There was a power surge, and they wanted to find out where it was at, but the place they had it at couldn’t find anything. So they took it to the dealership so hopefully they can figure out what’s going on. I am for now using the red car I used when my car died before. I feel better having a car and not having to depend on everyone, but at the same time I want my car back or to know what is wrong with it. I also learned we did not get accredited and that if we can get them back before May that we won’t have to do the WHOLE process. I also learned we are having some legislative political people come to our center in April. On the bright side I got off a hour early today because Jennifer took my last baby for me. It was nice to get home early and relax before Trisha came home. Wednesday today was actually pretty good. We had six babies so I was in infants all day. We have the possibility of a new baby starting Monday so we will have seven babies. I also got my car back it cost nothing to get it fixed. It was something with the voltage. I got off a little bit late, but not to late and it was good all around. Thursday was a good day I was in infants all day and had a second teacher with me til almost 4. It was so nice, but so different. I also was lucky and had all babies, but one left by 5 so at 530 I got to come home early. It was nice. Friday I was in older two’s and infants and again got off at 500 it was nice. I am alone this weekend so it’s kind of nice too just relax and be to myself for a change. Saturday I was home alone I thoroughly cleaned the house. I cleaned for 4 hours and did 5 hours of laundry. I then just relaxed and rested. Today is Sunday and I’m just relaxing again. Have a great week!

Back to whatever 'normal' is

Monday back to normal at work in older 2’s in morning infants in afternoon. Not to bad for a first day after a week off. Life is going pretty good! Monday evening was pretty nice I got to have a long conversation with a friend of mine from the Renaissance Festival. He may be coming back this year, and that was exciting for me. Tuesday I was in young 2’s and then infants, and in a weird turn of events I was able to get off early. It was nice, and I loved it. Wednesday I spent the morning bouncing around from room to room from the ones twos and fours it was interesting. Afternoon was in infants, and I learned we have a new baby on Monday. Putting us at 6 kids in there it will be interesting to see what they do with all that. Thursday I spent the majority of the day with the infants, and ended up getting off a little early cause all my babies went home. It was nice to be in one room for a change. Friday I was with older 2’s in morning infants in afternoon. It was a relaxed day for the most part. After work I went out to dinner with Ethan, Trisha and Rachel. We had a nice relaxing night which was nice. I had my car taken to the shop this morning, and will know more Monday how it is. Saturday morning I was able to spend most of it relaxing and chilling. I then went to lunch with Trisha and her mom. After that Trisha and I ran errands and relaxed. It was nice to relax. We later had dinner with Rachel, Ethan and Jonathan, and then came home for early night. It was lovely apparently the simple things in life make me happy which is good. Today is Sunday, and I have a show called August Osage County that I’m going too. I’m not familiar with what it’s about so it will be interesting. So later I’ll be going out to breakfast then the show after the show we are getting Ethan, and going to Teakwood’s for dinner. I’m told there is good martini’s there so I’m trying one. Shall be interesting for sure. Until next week have a great day and keep on smiling.

Happy New Year and Trip!

Monday and Tuesday were days that I was just lazy and stayed home. I packed and played rock band and just enjoyed doing nothing. Wednesday I got ready for and went on my mini vacation. Here’s how the trip went. Wednesday Rachel, Trisha, and I were to leave to Serria Vista where we would stay during the next 3 days. We got off late due to there was suppose to be construction delays. So we went to eat breakfast with Ethan, and so forth. Then we left at about 1130-12 thinking the construction would die down and that our drive would be about 3 hours. Things went ok until we hit near Casa Grande and there was a back up barely moving crawl for 3 hours. We finally got through it and stopped in Casa Grande for a bite to eat, and thought ok we are good. We hit Tucson where we had another back up due to accident. We wanted to see Bisbee before stuff closed down. So we decided to go there first before the hotel, and that was fine. We got to Bisbee FINALLY, and the total drive had been about 5 hours. Suppose to of been only 3 hours. So we found a place to eat got followed by a creepy guy, and decided we would come back during the day. We left to the hotel got settled and enjoyed the evening. Thursday we got up and going enjoyed the free breakfast. It was New Years Eve so we just decided to go to a few places, and have an evening bringing I the New Year safely in the hotel room. So we went to see THE THING which was really cool, and we had lunch there. We then decided to by pass the Chirciua Mountains and we would go next time. We made our way to Bisbee. This time we saw a very BRIGHTLY decorated car it was bejeweled, bedazzled, bottle topped, bobble heads it was crazy, and it was driving around. We tried to get a picture, but it didn’t happen. Bisbee has a lot of hippies, and is very free spirited. We went to the town hall museum and learned a little about the mines, and the copper. We then walked around looking for a place to eat that was open. We hit a interruptive artist group. They looked like Alice in Wonderland gone BAD. It was funny after 2 hours we finally found a place to eat. We ate and then went back to Serria Vista had a hour wait to have dinner then went to the hotel and brought in the new year there. Friday we spent the WHOLE day in Tombstone, and it was fun we got there about 10 in the morning and left about 930-10 at night. We started off by visiting Wyatt Earps house, and from there we went to Boothill graveyard. Then we went to The OK Corral didn’t wanted the reenactment, but we did read the history then we watched a video about the history of tombstone. We went to the epithat got a old newspaper we then made our way to the birdcage. We decided to do 2 haunted tours while we were there one was a walking tour the other a trolley tour. We went on silver mine tour, and then we went on the trolley tour. It was a lot of fun we learned a lot, and went to a lot of places. They talked about the murders and haunts of each area. We visited boothill, Oriental saloon, gold dollar’s crib (house), Burford house, Death Alley, a tree where a man was killed, Jail, Birdcage, and the OK corral. If you want the details on those just ask. After that we had our walking haunted and history tour. This was my favorite it started at the OK corral went to the court house and back to the corral. The man who did this tour his name was Josh, and he was GREAT. He has worked with Ghost Adventures, Ghost Lab and Ghost Hunters, and as you all know I love Ghost Hunters. I talked to him about his dealing with the different groups, and got his honest reaction. Josh talked to us about Justice Jim, John Heath and another man named John who gave him a personal experience. We stopped at three or 4 places and he shared the history and the facts. He wasn’t trying to make anyone believe or not believe he just shared the facts and stories. He also discredited a few stories I had heard, and he signed the book he wrote, and we called it a day. We decided to go back because there is a haunted tour in Bisbee we want to do there’s a investigative one with Josh we want to do and one of the birdcage. So we have reasons to go back and will. We then went home and rested for our journey home the next day. Saturday was going home day it only took us about 2-3 hours no traffic troubles nothing. We got home by 1 relaxed a little unpacked and so forth, and then Ethan, Jonathan, Rachel, Trisha and I went and saw Sherlock Holmes. It was a pretty good movie considering I knew very little to nothing about Sherlock Holmes. After that we went to have dinner, and then went back to Rachel an Jonathans and watched Constantine which was pretty good actually. Then we came home and went to bed. Here it is Sunday, and I am uploading pictures, catching up on e-mail, laundry and just trying to get ready for going back to work and normal. Until next week ya’ll have fun and keep smiling.
