Intersting life I lead

This week was interesting full of good bad this and that. This whole week was teacher appreciation week. Monday corporate gave all of us a little lady bug pen and a little quote/poem. Tuesday we got Smores with a quote saying we need Smore teachers like you. Wednesday it was a can of coke with a quote saying Soda know we think you’re great. Thursday it was a fortune cookie and the quote was we are fortunate to have a teacher like you. This day we also got a 10 minute massage. Friday it was a dum dum sucker and the quote was we are no dum dum we know how great you are. With that we also got a free lunch of potato bar and salad and cookies. I also got a $5 sonic card.

Wednesday I got a random dum dum sucker from the guy at the bank. I also barely missed being apart of a really bad accident. My co worker and I were on our lunch break when we turned into the parking lot of a store. We heard this dragging sound, and looked behind us there as two white cars that had hit. We thought nothing of it, and we were not witnesses since we both didn’t see anything. As we drove by the area to go to another stop we saw a lot of commotion. Come to find out there was a invisible motorcycle that I never saw my co worker never saw it. So we didn’t even know it was involved until later. We were counting our blessings that we were not apart of that. We realized how close we came.

This week I believe I spend a total of 2 hours in my own infant room. I’m not worried about it. I still have my job and I’m still one who gets my hours so yeah. I would like to stay in the young 2’s if they are going to move me about. I’ve been in the young 2’s I know that room and that teacher I get along with good. So they have had me in the young 2’s in the morning mainly which is what I usually do, but in the afternoons I’ve been in the older 1’s then close infants. I love the young 1’s too which I spend most of Thursday and Friday in. Who knows what will happen this week.

Saturday I went to see Miss Saigon at Arizona Broadway Theater. I LOVE this show it’s not my all time favorite, but I do thoroughly enjoy it, and it makes me cry all throughout it. Trisha had never seen it, and she ended up LOVEING it. After that we got our grocery shopping done, and then went to Denny’s (which I deal with I don’t prefer it nor like it) Colleen and Rachel met us there, and we ate and talked, and whatever. Then we got Desert Swirl younger that is so very YUMMY. We went to Rachel’s house and hung out then decided to go swimming at my home. So we came here swam for a little bit talked and then everyone went home.

Today is Sunday and its mothers day. I am so grateful for my mother for the love and strength she shows me. She has taught me so many wonderful things in my life. How to love without any attachment, how to hold strong to my faith, and so many other things. My relationship with my mother has not always been the best, but it is my mother, and I love her more than anything in the world. I found the most WONDERFUL poem ever. It expresses my love for my mother, and all mothers. Perfectly and makes me cry, and I want to share it with everyone right now. It’s worth the space I am using up now. Enjoy!

A Newborn's Conversation with GodA baby asked God, "They tell me that you are sending me to earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?"God said, "Your angel will be waiting for you and will take care of you."The child further inquired, "But tell me, here in heaven I don't have to do anything but sing and smile and to be happy."God said, "Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you. And you will feel your angel's love and be very happy."Again the small child asked, "And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me if I don't know the language?"God said, "Your angel will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to speak.""And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?"God said, "Your angel will place your hands together and will teach you how to pray.""Who will protect me?"God said, "Your angel will defend you even if it means risking its life.""But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore."God said, "Your angel will always talk to you about Me and teach you the way to come back to Me, even though I will always be next to you."At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices from Earth could be heard and the child hurriedly asked, "God, if I am to leave now, please tell me my angel's name."God said, "You will simply call her, 'Mom'."

Isn’t that just about the most touching thing ever? I thought it wsa, and it says it perfectly. I am off to go see STOMP, and a movie. I hope you all take time today to let your mothers know how much you care for them. Untill next week keep smiling!
