still

So I've been sick all week, and it sucks. I pretty much worked and rested all week. Saturday I had dinner with rachel, jonathan and darrel. Sunday I started off going to the Renisance Festival only made it a couple hours before I felt yucky again. So came home got a hair cut, and came home and rested. Not a very eventful week by any means of the word, but it is what it is. Untill next week keep on smiling

Colds suck

Just in case anyone was wondering I dislike having colds, and have been fighting one all week. Over all the week went pretty well with the early days every other day. I'm enjoying it and managing to handle it pretty well. I had a good week Friday I had a nice little dinner out with Trisha. She left to go to Vegas for a week with her mom for spring break. So Saturday I was going to go to the festival with Rachel, but we got out to near Goldfield, and there was major traffic and we both didn't want to fight it. So we went to Goldfield Ghost town and the Dutchman Mesuem. It was fun to learn some history that was so close. After that we went to lunch and just relaxed. We then met up with Ethan, Jonthan and Darrell we had a nice time at dinner, and it was a nice day over all. today is Sunday and I'm feeling worse than I have all week so I am just resting and realxing all day trying to get better.

UGH

So the week has been basically normal. In infants all day now, and loving it. This weeks news is I am getting a slight schedule change that we are trying for week. I will be doing days on Monday, Wednesday and every other Friday, and closing Tuesday, Thursday and every other Friday. I will be with a old coworker named Joy. We used to work with the 2's together, but things got all messed up. So Jennifer made changes and changes, and since we were short a infant teacher, and NO infant teachers have come in for interviews. Jennifer, Joy, Ebony and I had a talk last week, and decided to try this. It's a consistent for the babies and it give me part of my days back, and one person isn't stuck closing ALL the time. I think it's going to be good provided Jennifer sticks to it. That was WONDERFUL news, and we also learned that starting in April we will be earning PTO time again. This was GREAT! I'll be earning roughly 3 hours of vacation a pay period which will give me at least a day of paid vacation and maybe a half a day of paid vacation for when I go on my trip in June. VERY EXCITING!! So that was exciting and my weekend was lovely too. Had a nice relaxing dinner with Trisha on Friday. Saturday we went to the Renaissance Festival (I know SHOCKER right?) It was SO fun. I remet a friend named Darrell. We used to go to dances when we were teens, and we lost each other after high school. The magic of facebook put us back in touch, and we finally remet at the festival. Trisha, me and him had a lot of fun we watched the blacksmith, London broil (juggling show), Drunken Pirate show (dancing, singing, comidic pirates), Don Juan and Migel's "weird" show (it was WEIRD with whips, swords and just weirdness), and ended the day with a nice relaxing Cast in Bronze (carillon) I LOVE the carillon and i got his newest CD. After we were done out there we parted ways. Trisha and I met up with Rachel and Jonathan and went to dinner and a movie. We saw Alice in Wonderland, and i really liked it, and want to watch it again cause i think I missed al ot of stuff, but I enjoyed it. We then came home and it's Sunday and today it's raining it's soooo pretty and I have the door open a little, but might not keep it. I love listening to the rain, but I think I am getting a cold so I might not be able to keep the door open if its cool out. It's a beautiful relaxing day and until next week. OY OY OY VEY

Ok well my PC is not showing me pictures anymore so I'm stuck using my laptop to write this. Which means alot more spelling errors and possibly forgetting my things since I can't get my post to copy and past and my word doesn't like to work on this computer. So yeah let's see what happend this week? Monday a friend told me he had cancer, and another friends wife of 10 years left him. Tuesday I had a staff meeting and had to hear about a bunch of things we needed to be reminded of. Wednesday my main PC died or something happend. I need someone who knows what the hell they are doing to look at it. Friday I had a nice realxing evening had a nice dinner with Trisha and ralxed with a early evening in. Saturday I went to the Ren. Fest. It was alot of fun it was pirate weekend. I also went to some shows that I don't normally go to. I saw Tartanic which is great bagpipe music have a frined in that group. We watched Adam Crack who does a whip show. VERY impressive I highly recomend going to see him. I have never sat through a Don Juan and Migel show so we did that this time around. It was funny it's swords and whips., and very entertaining. Watched London Broils blades of fury show. Those boys are super funny and great juggelers. Then there was the drunken pirate show which is my friends, and that show is so funny it's better when you have great people playing back. I love being able to go out and support all my friends. I then saw the greyhounds and we came home. Had a nice light dinner did some shopping for Trisha came home and relaxed. Today is Sunday and Im doing much needed laundry and cleaning jewlery. Just realxing enjoying the rain which caused the festval to close today. It never closes for rain, but with rivers on site and a flooded parking lot it's no good. I think it's good at the same point as well since Arizona NEEDS this rain. Just means we have had a very wet year this season. Another day in the neighborhood

Monday I worked at 6 was suppose to get off at 2 and ended up getting off at 315. So I was in the infants all day it wasn’t bad until I was told stay till 230 so please take a break. Ok no problem the lady closing for me had a doctor appointment. Then it was 300 I was like ok I’m alright cause I took a hour break then it kept getting later finally at 315 I left. It was special overall a good day though. Tuesday was good other than me feeling tired. I was in the infant room all day. I didn’t walk outside I did some cardio inside instead and all is good in my neighborhood. Wednesday and I am in infants all day due to the increase of babies. I am over all very happy only thing is I want my days back and my boss still is lying saying I’ll get it. Thursday was MUCH better relaxed calm in infants ALL day. Life is good. Friday was in infants all day love being back in my room all the time. Came home had a nice dinner came home and rested. Saturday was interesting. It started off normal getup go get breakfast go the renaissance festival. The weather was cloudy and cool and we knew it might rain. No big deal the rain isn’t a lot usually in Arizona, and if it does rain it will stop shortly. Get there and it was sprinkling no big deal us the umbrella life is good. It even stopped raining for a bit so we were fine. As we are making our way to go to our first show it starts pouring so I stop to the side figure it would pass and lighten up. Yet, the rain had other ideas it rained and rained and it was a hour still raining light an heavy. I was like ok it will pass, but people were doing shows in as much shelter as they could. It got colder and I got stiffer after about 2 hours we left. We went and got our nails done and had a nice lunch to warm up. After that we went to Arizona Broadway to get our season tickets and figure out what shows we would like to see. So we will be seeing Full Monty, My Fairy Lady, Baby and 42 Street. We might also add in All Shook Up, but haven’t decided on that. Then we went to Borders, Wal-Mart, Ross and the mall. Trisha was trying to find something for work, and as we were out Rachel and Jonathan wanted to go to dinner so we did. WE went to their house and watched Spiderwick which I hadn’t seen yet. I liked it thought it was cute. After that we came home went to bed. Here it is Sunday now, and I am catching up on blogs, e-mails, facebook, laundry and money. Here’s to a fun filled relaxing day and a GREAT week.

Renaissance Festival and Mary Poppins

Monday was a crazy morning I was in every room for some amount of time today. Afternoon of course was infants as usual. We had state come visit because of a complaint of over ratio mornings so that was fun. I had a lovely walk listened to a bird sing my whole walk. I got off at 6 like I’m suppose to life is good. Trisha is out of town for work this week so it’s REALLY quiet here. Tuesday I spent the WHOLE day in Infants. Funny how it takes state coming to remedy that issue, I am excited to have 2 new babies starting next week. My walk was very peaceful today and the fresh cut grass was lovely. Wednesday was nice to be in infants all day. The day over all went really nice had a great walk and life is good. Thursday I was in all kinds of rooms including the older 4’s quiet a interesting day. Have a major back an head ache. Was in infants all afternoon an my walk was even just meh. I think its’ cause my head hurts but I did enjoy the smell of someones fireplace. Friday was a interesting day I was busy all day long with very excited kids. I was in a lot of pain in my head and back so I didn’t walk. Saturday was a lot of fun. I took Rachel to the Renaissance festival. We had a great time and after that we went out to dinner and a movie with Rachel, Ethan, Jonathan, Trisha and I. Today is Sunday and I am going to see Mary Poppins. It’s valentine’s day which I’m not fond of, but that’s ok. It’s also Arizona’s birthday. Until next week keep smiling.

Renaissance Festival Begins!!!!

Monday I was in infants all day so very very super nice. I also have started walking around the block takes between 10-15 min and it’s so nice. I get to take time out to exercise and feel the beauty and peace that is within nature as I go. I knew it was easy to feel it. I just have now realized how much I’ve missed it. Tuesday was kind of a cluster I woke with a MAJOR headache. I worked in the young 2’s and 3’s then afternoon in infants alone. Enjoyed the fresh cut grass on my walk that smell is awesome! Glad to be home now though. Wednesday was a crazy day at work we had a lock down two fire alarm pulls and just crazy day. The weather was beautiful I got to see the biggest beautiful double rainbow I didn’t walk due to rain, but it was GORGEOUS! Over all a challenging good day! Thursday wasn’t to bad was in the older 2’s and enjoyed it afternoon I was in infants. My walk tonight was beautifully peaceful. It was dusk the weather beautiful and I was able to be lost in my thoughts loved it! Friday was good was in older 2’s and had a lot of fun and infants afternoon, had a great walk and am looking forward to the weekend. Had a relaxing night just had dinner and a restful night. Saturday I went to the Renaissance Festival it was opening day. I had a BLAST despite my neck/shoulder pain. I saw old friends and great shows, and got lots of goodies. Can’t wait till next week to go again. After that Trisha, Joy and I had dinner and games FUN times. Today is Sunday and I am relaxing resting and enjoying a beautiful rainy day! Have a good week ya’ll
